“Thirty years ago after my second pregnancy in two years, I was 50 pounds overweight. However, once I made up my mind to do something about it, I easily lost the weight. When I again gained weight after said child went to away to college, I worked hard and lost the weight through intense exercise and diet. But several years later after surgery and injuries I once again, for the third time in my life, found myself overweight, unhappy and unhealthy. I knew I needed to try to figure out not necessarily how to lose the weight, but how to keep those same 50 pounds from coming back again.

My friend and coworker had been working with the team at Forever Weight Loss and I saw the results she was having. One day as she walked down the hallway, I made up my mind then and there that I would give the process a try and I’m so glad I did. MEET THE PATIENT

Mr. Ronnie. Mr. Ronnie came to Forever Weight Loss with a body mass index (BMI) of 40.5 and out of control diabetes. His HgA1C (blood test for diabetes) was consistently above 10 indicating his diabetes was indeed poorly controlled. His options were simple, lose weight or continue to see his health spiral out of control. Losing weight, however, as we all know is never simple. Mr. Ronnie started FWL determined to turn his life and health around. Through his hard work and dedication and FWL he has accomplished his goal of regaining his health.
